This course introduces you to the rapidly advancing drone industry while preparing them to take the FAA 14 CFR Part 107 and NCDOT UAS Operator exams.

Topics include:

• The history of drones, study current advancements and the future of drone technology.
• ​Flight theory. 
• Simulated flight challenges. 
• Proper maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.  
• Basic drone flight procedures. 
• Drone flight challenges. 
• Career Outlook for Commercial Drone Operators

We will have many guest speakers representing local industries and regulatory agencies.
